01 JPs in the Community Program

Summary

The JPs in the Community Program (JPiCP) has been established for over 10 years. Teams of volunteers are active in more than 200 community signing sites located in shopping centres, courthouses, hospitals, libraries and other community locations across Queensland. The JPiCP envisions increasing the number of JPs and Comm Decs who provide general witnessing services to the community in our state. A target of 5,000 volunteers offering 200,000 hours by 2020 is proposed. A detailed list of Goals and Objectives can be found on page 5 of the VIP.
